We will be returning to the field for a 5th and FINAL excavation season in 2016 from the:
3rd – 29th September 2016
I am recruiting about 20 volunteers from around the world. My target group are Archaeology students at undergraduate and graduate level, with previous excavation experience.
Before you apply, please read the provided information carefully.
Application deadline: 15th May 2016, particularly strong applicants and returning volunteers will receive earlier notice, to facilitate their planning
Participation fee: 200 Euro for the entire season (of which 100 Euro payable in advance), volunteers who have been with us in past seasons do not pay any fee
Participation period: Volunteers who are joining us for the first time are asked to register for the entire duration of the season (urgent exceptions such as university exams are possible); returning volunteers can chose a timeslot which suits them best (please chose complete weeks to make organization easier for us)
Work schedule: Sat evening – Thu evening, on the weekend you are on your own and have to make your own arrangements. No accommodation provided Thu evening to Sat afternoon.
